Until then, if you’re in San Diego and want to join me for an afternoon of exploring the energy body: Learn how to observe, experience and benefit from understanding the different layers of our energetic bodies. We will explore the koshas in a supportive learning environment, enjoy a gentle yin/yang practice infused with reiki touch and essential oils, including a lecture portion and guided meditation, pranayama, and journaling/group discussion.
